The Temecula/Murrieta Area is and has been considered the Southern California "bedroom community" for a long time. The area is located centrally to the surrounding areas such as Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Corona, to our North & San Diego to our South. The Temecula and the Murrieta areas provide quality, style, and community living at an affordable price for those that travel to those surrounding area to work.
The million dollars estate homes on acreage are located in a few areas in Temecula. For example we have the 2.5 minimum area of De Luz that is considered mountainous and very lush trees overlooking the Temecula Valley. Temecula is also known for its wine country in this area we have the Los Ranchitos and Glenoaks Hills Estates these are just a couple that are equestrian areas.
There are quite a few locations in Murrieta also for million dollar estate homes. The one that is 5 acre minimum equestrian estates in the Mountains of Murrieta is called La Cresta. There is also a gated elegant golf course community called Bear Creek.
